About the role
- Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
- Scale campaigns efficiently while optimizing ROAS, CAC, and MERTest creatives, hooks, audiences, offers, and landing pages continuously
- Work closely with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets
- Amazon Channel Management & AdsOwn Amazon marketing strategy across portfolio brands
- Manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP where applicable)
- Optimize product listings (SEO, images, pricing strategy, conversion rate)
- Monitor inventory, rankings, and marketplace performance
- Drive scalable revenue growth through Amazon as a core channelA/B Testing & Optimization (Core Focus)
- Build a structured experimentation system across all marketing channels
- Run continuous A/B tests across ads, email/SMS, landing pages, product pages, and Amazon listings
- Analyze results and scale winning variations across the business
- Create a testing-first culture where decisions are driven by data, not opinion
- Lifecycle Marketing
- Oversee email and SMS strategy (flows, campaigns, segmentation, retention)
- Improve repeat purchase rate, LTV, and customer engagement
- Build segmented and personalized customer journeys
- Brand & Creative Direction
- Define and evolve brand positioning across multiple brands in the portfolio
- Guide creative strategy for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal drops
- Ensure consistency between brand identity and performance marketing output
- Analytics & Growth Strategy
- Own key marketing KPIs across all brands (ROAS, CAC, MER, CVR, LTV, revenue growth)
- Identify new growth opportunities across channels and customer segments
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable strategy
- Leadership & Execution
- Build and manage a high-performance marketing team
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and fulfillment teams
- Set systems, goals, and accountability frameworks across brands
- 8+ years in marketing, growth, or performance marketing (DTC/e-commerce strongly preferred)
- Proven experience scaling paid media profitably across multiple channels
- Strong Amazon Ads + marketplace management experience (required)
- Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Hands-on operator who can execute campaigns, not just oversee them
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and act quickly
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and modern lifecycle tools (e.g., Klaviyo)
