About the role
Senior Measurement StrategistAs a Measurement Strategist you will partner with some of the world's leading brands to analyze the business impact of their advertising and help them optimize media investments. You'll apply deep measurement expertise, analytical thinking, and product knowledge to guide customers from use case design through value realization across measurement solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll build strong executive and operational relationships while delivering data-driven insights that influence marketing and media strategies. This role occupies a critical intersection within the company, aligning efforts across Commercial, Services Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure seamless execution and measurable customer impact. You'll also play a key role in driving adoption, expanding opportunities, and contributing to forefront of marketing attribution and media analytics. This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role where strategic thinking, problem solving, and a passion for helping customers succeed will make you stand out.Key Responsibilities:Apply deep measurement expertise to guide customers from use case design through value realization across LiveRamp's measurement suite.Partner with enterprise customers to develop a Learning Agenda, leveraging analytical skills to develop hypotheses, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights that inform marketing and media planning.Act as a trusted product and media expert to drive adoption, enhance usage, and unlock future opportunities across customer accounts.Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships, earning trusted-advisor status and continuously identifying customer challenges and opportunities.Identify and drive account growth opportunities, including product expansion, analytics services, upsells, and renewals, in partnership with Commercial team members.Contribute to thought leadership by developing whitepapers, case studies, and supporting internal and external you:10+ years of customer-facing and consultative account management experience at a SaaS, AdTech, media agency, or digital media services firm6+ years in marketing analytics (media, customer, digital, big data), including campaign management, experimental design, and performance optimizationDeep understanding of and knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem (TV, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, Publishers), what they do, how they're bought, and how they work togetherExperience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue within existing customer relationships a plusExcellent communicator with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiencesSkilled at building trust with executives and operational teamsDetail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environmentStrategic problem solver who uses data, analytical skills and story-telling to support reasoning and decision makingAdaptable and confident in leading customers through ambiguity to the best outcomesWilling to travel to customer site as needed
