As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers, process orders, and work closely with our sales, warehouse, and operations teams to keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
  • Process customer orders for frozen, refrigerated, and dry food products
  • Assist customers in English and Spanish via phone and email
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Track orders and resolve customer questions
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information
  • Support the sales team with quotes, invoices, and order documentation What We're Looking For
  • Fluent inEnglish and Spanish (Required)
  • Customer service or order processing experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel) and computer systems
  • Experience with CRM or order management software is a plus
