THIS WORLD-RENOWNED, VERY HIGH-PROFILE LAW FIRM WITH 40 OFFICES WORLDWIDE IS SEEKING AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR. THIS POSITION IS OPEN DUE TO A PROMOTION. THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION FOR THE NYC OFFICE WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO THE SHORT HILLS OFFICE. THIS IS NOT OPERATIONSThis will focus on the day-to-day administration of the office – collaboration with HR on new hire onboarding for NY and Short Hills, office space assignments, regular meetings with the Office Managing Partners (OMPs) on office initiatives, office culture, employee relations, staff engagement and appreciation, and some fiscal management as it relates to the office budget and goals. This person also interacts heavily with attorneys and new laterals joining the firm. The Office Administrator will be engaging directly with senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders; this role serves as a key connector between strategic vision and day-to-day execution. The Office Administrator is instrumental in translating organizational goals into actionable outcomes, championing continuous improvement, and cultivating a high-performance culture that reflects the firm’s values and priorities.
