About the role

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics. This fully remote, flexible contract role offers 10–40 hours per week, with work that adapts to your schedule. You will review AI-generated scenarios, evaluate reasoning related to team dynamics and design, and provide expert feedback to improve AI modeling of managerial thinking.
