- Top Pay : $65–$95/hour, based on experience

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs)
- Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families
- Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism
- Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in-home visits)
