This role is responsible for being a support system to an LCI team. Essential functions include team communications and other assistance, supporting team members in developing communications, working with team members to provide updates to Exec Updates, planning, coordinating, setting up team events, and planning and executing team event tasks as needed. Competencies include organizational skills, taking initiative, being a team player, decision making, time management, and thoroughness. This position has no supervisory responsibility upon hiring. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and lifting and/or moving items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. This is a seasonal hourly position, and the expected work hours are decided by the hiring manager. Travel would be minimal and primarily local during the business day. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree and strong computer skills are required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
