Family Care Network, Inc. (FCNI) is a mission-driven nonprofit serving children, youth, adults, and families across San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties. We partner with local agencies to provide trauma-informed services, including mental health treatment, case management, housing support, and family-based interventions. The Case Manager coordinates care across medical, behavioral health, and social service providers.
