Requirements:
PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
Strong background in machine learning and deep learning
Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
Track record of research publications
Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms
Nice to Have:
Experience with reinforcement learning
Open source contributions
Experience with privacy-preserving ML
