About the role

Supporting network strategy and contract negotiations, the full-time remote Healthcare Economics Consultant will analyze provider reimbursement, manage unit cost tracking, and develop financial models while collaborating with various teams to drive data-informed business decisions. Key responsibilities: Analyze provider reimbursement, pricing models, and financial impacts to support network strategy and contract negotiations Manage unit cost tracking and ensure alignment with anticipated negotiation outcomes and reimbursement changes Develop SQL queries and automated reporting tools to enhance executive decision-making and operational performance Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience 2+ years of analytical experience in healthcare pricing, managed care, provider reimbursement, or healthcare analytics Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables Experience with healthcare claims and reimbursement methodologies Knowledge of healthcare payment methodologies, including fee-for-service and value-based payment models
