Job Description: Job Description EXPERIENCED HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANICPays up to $55 per hour DOEPAID HOLIDAYSHealth Insurance paid up to 100% depending on age and plan chosen Relocation Allowance Eligible candidates must:-Have at least 8 yrs experience as a heavy equipment mechanic. This includes maintenance and repair of heavy and highway construction equipment (excavators, scrapers, loaders, backhoes, rollers, pavers, milling machines, etc.)-Have and maintain an acceptable driving record-Pass a pre-employment drug test-Be able to work independently, but also have ability to work on a team-Be willing to travel. Travel expenses are paid.
Job duties and responsibilities: -Diagnose, adjust and/or repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment in the field or in the shop-Test and ensure proper performance of said equipment-Read and understand operating manuals and drawings-Maintain repair records, such as time, materials-Schedule maintenance for equipment We offer competitive pay, paid holidays, paid sick leave, health insurance and 401k.
