As Senior Home Delivery Associate, you will deliver operational excellence across all warehouse and home delivery functions. The Senior Associate will join a team that plays an integral role in the continuous elevation of our customer experience.

Your Responsibilities: Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day Answer internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email Provide administrative support for projects Run daily reports and gather, maintain, and file all data and records for the Operations Department Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion Assume responsibility of departmental goals and actively participate in achieving these goals on a daily basis Abide by all security policies and procedures Ensure that the warehouse is consistently clean and free of debris All other duties as assigned

Our Requirements: 2+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Basic mathematics and reading skills Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience Strong verbal and written communication skills including analyzing, interpreting and addressing customer needs Friendly, upbeat personality focused on providing excellent customer service Flexible and quick to adapt to changing business needs and process Strong time management and multitasking ability Ability to make quick, accurate and appropriate decisionsA bright, creative individual who demonstrates good judgment Mature, grounded, and serves as a resource to others Collaborative and results driven Capacity to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work under minimal supervision and under deadlines

Physical Requirements: Frequently moving and lifting small to medium items up to 75 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques Spends time working in a warehouse setting Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching and climbing Might be exposed to cold and hot temperature and noisy environment
