Location: Canton, OHResourceMFG is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities! If you have experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse work, we want to hear from you. Immediate start dates available! Available Shifts 1st Shift:6:00 AM - 2:00/2:30 PM2nd Shift:2:00 PM - 10:00/10:30 PM3rd Shift:10:00 PM - 6:00/6:30 AMPay Rate $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Pay based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assemble parts, components, and sub-assemblies according to work instructions
  • Use hand tools such as hammers, tape measures, and other basic tools
  • Read and verify measurements accurately
  • Fabricate simple mechanical parts as needed
  • Perform general production and assembly labor
  • Handle materials, staging, and line support duties
  • Load, unload, and organize warehouse materials
  • Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy
  • Complete production documentation when required
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Work with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
  • Mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment
