Spine Search is working with a thriving Interventional Pain Management and Spine practice is seeking a "go-getter" Practice Coordinator/ Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. We are looking for a professional who puts the patient first, demonstrating the initiative to work independently while excelling as a team player. The ideal candidate is a high-energy multi-tasker who knows when to slow down to provide personalized, high-quality service. Must be able to bring a warm and empathetic smile to the forward facing role as the patients first point of contact, offering a professional experience.
Job Overview: We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking individual to join our physical therapy team! This is a dual-role position with responsibilities both in the treatment area and at the front desk.
Responsibilities include: Assisting physical therapists with exercise programs Bringing patients to and from treatment areas Cleaning and preparing treatment tables & equipment Scheduling appointments Answering phones and checking patients in and out Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and patient-focused
Ideal Candidate: Friendly, professional, and a team player Comfortable interacting with patients and multitasking Organized and reliable Prior experience in healthcare, fitness, or customer service is a plus—but not required! Training will be provided.
