About the role

Ford’s Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team is seeking a senior specialist to advance cell modeling for lithium-ion batteries and packs. You will work on modeling techniques, connect with cross-functional teams, and apply first-principles engineering in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in battery modeling, strong Python/MATLAB/Simulink skills, and experience with JIRA/Confluence; familiarity with different chemistries is a plus.
