Packaging Machine Operator
Pay: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Rotating 1st to 2nd to 3rd then you get a full week off!

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Greenville, SC. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience operating packaging or manufacturing equipment and is comfortable troubleshooting machinery to keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities: Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including fillers, sealers, labelers, conveyors, and case packers. Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments according to production schedules. Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company and troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic equipment maintenance when major mechanical issues to the maintenance team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP and company standards. Complete production documentation, including batch records, production logs, and inventory reports. Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating packaging or manufacturing machinery is required.
  • Must have proven experience being mechanically inclined and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Ability to perform machine setups, changeovers, and basic adjustments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
