Job Description: Five Star Screen Printing Plusis looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team. This is a full-time, hands-on position working with screen printing, heat pressing, and screen preparation. The ideal candidate is reliable, pays close attention to detail, works well with others, and takes pride in producing quality work. Previous screen-printing or production experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Position Details Full-time position 40 hours per week Monday through Friday Overtime opportunities available Starting pay at $15/hour, based on experience, with opportunities for pay growth Primary Responsibilities Prepare and shoot screens for upcoming jobs Clean, reclaim, coat and organize screens Set up and operate screen-printing equipment Complete screen-printed apparel orders accurately and efficiently Set up and operate heat presses for transfers, names, numbers, and other products Review work orders and confirm artwork, garments, quantities, colors, and print locations Check print quality throughout each production run Properly cure printed garments Count completed garments and verify order quantities Report production errors, issues or unclear instructions promptly Clean equipment and maintain an organized production area Assist with other production duties as needed What We Are Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written work orders and verbal instructions Willingness to learn and accept feedback Ability to stay productive and complete work on schedule Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently after receiving proper training Screen-printing or similar production experience is preferred but not required Physical Requirements This position requires standing and moving throughout most of the workday, performing repetitive hand and arm movements, bending and reaching, and lifting boxes of garments and production supplies.
