About the role
Project Manager for A/V Integration Services
Our business is growing and we’re hiring passionate, caring, and self‑motivated Project Managers with prior professional experience preferred. Experience within the AV industry is a plus but not required. As a Unified Communications Project Manager, you will work directly with our internal and external customers and clients overseeing multiple integrated AV business technology solutions.
Our Project Managers are accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project. They are also responsible for managing client expectations, all deliverables and play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out all projects. As a Project Manager your primary focus will be to ensure the highest level of standards are maintained and delivered by all.

Basic Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of technology projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating a project plan, communicating the plan, budgeting, allocating resources, task management and setting milestones.

Responsibilities
Provide an extraordinary experience to both internal and external customers.
Plan, manage, and maintain projects to the highest standards.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality standards and processes that exceed customer expectations.
Believes in our products and services and provides extraordinary experiences to our customers.
Plans, directs and is accountable for the achievement of project revenue, profit objectives, and effective management of overhead costs.
Responsible for maintaining profitability and margin expectations against job costs/budget.
Maintain a continuous improvement process to ensure that as a Project Manager you are delivering all services efficiently and to the highest standards.
Provide and maintain accurate daily reports and organization and detail of all client activities.
Successful management and follow through of customer escalations.
Competencies
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Excellent communications skills, with clients and customers, team, and stakeholders
Experience with continuous improvement process
Methodical and highly organized
Education & Experience
3-5 years’ experience as a project manager
ITIL, ITSM, CTS, and PMP certifications preferred
Solid experience and verifiable track record required
MS Excel Expert
High level user of Office 365, MS Project, PM tools, collaboration tools, etc.
Experience in the field of A/V, telecom, or unified communications
