Technology Alignment Manager

About the role
We are seeking a technically sharp, detail-driven professional to serve as our Technology Alignment Manager. Think of this role as the reality check between what our technical team finds in the field and what our sales team eventually proposes. You'll spend part of your week on customer sites, digging into their environments to catch risk and drift before it becomes a problem, and part of your week behind the scenes shaping quotes, designs, and Scopes of Work so that whatever gets sold can be delivered well. It's a role for someone who can hold their own troubleshooting a server rack in the morning and walking a client through a proposal in the afternoon.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
