Workplace Experience AssociateBill Rate: $22-25 on W2Location: 2160 E Elliot Rd, Tempe AZResource's typical working day:Responsible for handling mailroom services, including receiving, sorting, and delivering incoming and outgoing mail across the office.Manages postage and courier services, such as preparing packages for shipment via FedEx and ensuring timely dispatch.Oversees copy room maintenance, including stocking supplies and ensuring all areas are organized and well-equipped.Performs equipment checks, such as monitoring printers and copiers, reloading paper, and reporting any technical issues.Provides front-office support, assisting with partner room reservations and occasionally supporting the reception desk as needed.Participates in event planning and coordination, helping to host internal activities and ensuring logistics are in place for smooth execution.Must-have skills:Mailroom experience: Candidate must have prior experience handling mailroom operations, including receiving, sorting, delivering mail, and managing courier services such as FedEx and postage.Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, partners, and external vendors. This includes both verbal and written communication.Collaboration skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, support cross-functional tasks, and assist colleagues in daily operations and shared responsibilities.Years of experience: 0-2 years of mailroom experience and/or related fieldEducation: HS and GEDSoftware skills:Basic computer functionMicrosoft SuiteInterview process: 1 virtual and/or 1 in person interviewSummary: As a Workplace Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
