Lumark Technologies, Inc. (www.lumark.com), founded in 1999, is a mature small business that provides services to Defense, Federal and Commercial clients. Lumark has an exciting job opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in support of the United States Navy (USN) Military Sealift Command (MSC) team onsite – this is an IMMEDIATE OPENING on an ACTIVE CONTRACT through 2029.
Duties: General maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, plastering, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, and machinery. Facilities preventative maintenance, repair, removal, disposal, and general upkeep. Tools, inventory management & job tracking. Building and facility inspections. Specialized facilities maintenance work.
Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship. Currently hold or have recently held at minimum a DoD Secret Clearance. Must currently reside in or near San Diego, CA and be able to commute to the MSC work location.4-8 years of relevant experience.
Job Details
Compensation: $24 Hourly Rate.
Hours: 40 Hours a week.
Location: Onsite 5 days a week.
