In summary: A Manufacturing Office Assistant plays a dual role: managing administrative tasks to keep the office organized while actively supporting production operations to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety in the manufacturing process. This combination ensures that both office and shop floor activities run smoothly and that production goals are met on time. Key Performance Expectations Maintain production efficiency and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Support cross-functional teams and meet deadlines. Keep work areas and documentation accurate and up to date. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical: Familiarity with manufacturing processes (machining, CNC, injection molding) and basic measurement methods. Administrative: Proficiency in MS Office software, data entry, and record-keeping. Strong Computer Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPointSoft Skills: Organization, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or related field preferred. Safety & Compliance Follow all safety protocols and good manufacturing practices (GMP/cGMP).Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and hazard-free. Report and escalate issues to supervisors promptly.
