About the role

Epiq Counsel is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyer in Charlotte, NC to support our client's legal team on a full-time basis. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and focuses on leases, acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio management, and strategic real estate transactions. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of CRE experience, JD from an accredited law school, and active bar membership.
