About the role

AFL is seeking a Director of Finance for the Broadband unit to partner with commercial, product, and operations teams. You will own the BU P&L, drive margin expansion, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to sustain profitable growth. The role requires strong FP&A skills, experience with IBP/S&OP, and the ability to influence senior leaders across an international manufacturing environment.
