Talent Acquisition Manager We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts across a diverse range of roles, including providers, executives, senior management, and key administrative positions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for provider, executive, senior management, and administrative roles. Develop and maintain sourcing pipelines through residency programs, dental and allied health schools, professional associations, and mission-aligned networks. Manage all locum and placement agency relationships, including contracts and spend oversight. Collaborate closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and clinical leadership to ensure candidate quality, cultural fit, and organizational readiness. Design and implement sourcing strategies that support organizational growth and workforce stability. Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and healthcare staffing.
Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within healthcare or a similar industry. Strong network development skills with experience engaging with educational institutions, professional associations, and mission-aligned networks. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze recruitment data and develop strategic sourcing initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of healthcare staffing, locum tenens, and agency management is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
