An ideal team member embodies those values and wants to join a hard-working team where we all come together to accomplish shared goals and have fun doing it.What You'll DoManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Process invoices, journal entries, and financial records.Maintain accurate records within QuickBooks and company ERP systems.Assist with monthly financial reporting activities.Prepare daily bank deposits and support cash reconciliation activities.Administrative OperationsAnswer phones, greet customers, and refer to appropriate resources.Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.Manage incoming mail, email correspondence, and company records.Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documents.Support special projects and operational initiatives.Compliance & Business SupportCoordinate and track business licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.Help maintain accurate and confidential company records.Support payroll preparation and related administrative functions.Serve as a reliable resource for administrative and operational needs across departments.Requirements1+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, office administration, executive support, or a related role.Equivalent combination of education or experience in accounting, business administration, or a related field.Experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.BenefitsPaid time off and holiday pay.Health, dental, and vision, with company contribution.Company-paid short- and long-term disability and life insurance.401(k) plan, with company match.Free and discounted beer and merchandise.ScheduleFull-time, 30-40 hours per week.To ApplySubmit a cover letter and resume.
