We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-profile $100M Lab & Research Facility project in New Jersey. This is an opportunity to join one of New Jersey's most respected and stable General Contractors, overseeing complex projects while serving as a trusted partner to clients, architects, and internal project teams. Client Details Our client is one of the largest design-build General Contractors and Construction Managers in New Jersey, with more than 60 years of continuous growth and success. As a family-owned organization, they have built a reputation for delivering complex projects across commercial, healthcare, and institutional markets.DescriptionProject Management: Serve as the Lead Project Manager on a high-profile Lab & Research Facility project with a 24-36 month duration.ScheduleManagement: Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and execution efforts.Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with field operations and project teams, including an Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent, and Lead Superintendent.Quality Control: Oversee project financial performance, including cost controls, forecasting, change management, and reporting.Safety Compliance: Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Documentation: Participate in project meetings, strategy discussions, and executive-level reporting as needed. Profile 10+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry working for a General Contractor. Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued between $30M-$50M+. Background in higher education, institutional, laboratory, public-sector, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similarly complex construction projects. Design-build project experience is highly preferred.Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, solve problems proactively, and navigate complex project challenges. Known for being hardworking, loyal, honest, and dependable.
