Direct Hire What We Are Looking For? We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented problem solver to join our Sales Operations team. As the Sales Operations and Installation Coordinator supporting large gym equipment installations, you will help deliver an exceptional experience for domestic commercial customers by coordinating installation workflows, managing orders and warranty issues, and serving as a key operational point of contact.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate large metal racking solution installations (e.g., Studio Line™), including quotations, site-readiness evaluations, layout/mapping, shipment coordination, and installation-related services (bookings and third-party vendor management)In coordination with the sales team, provide outstanding support to customers and the sales organization, ensuring timely resolution of issues through servicing and warranty follow-up Set up customer accounts and manage order processing, tracking, and reporting in Net Suite and/or Salesforce CRMProcess and update purchase orders (POs) in coordination with sales teams, provide quality control, generate cost/shipping estimates, and maintain order accuracy Manage orders and warranty claims, including returns and credit memos, partial orders, and shipment issue resolution Serve as liaison to Operations and coordinate with third-party 3PL teams for solutions in the U.S. and internationally Act as a single point of contact for operational issues, including communications related to delayed deliveries Support other team members as needed; maintain working knowledge of broader business operations and represent the brand in day-to-day customer interactions Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years in customer relationship management through sales operations, customer service, sales, and/or logistics Mandatory knowledge/experience with operational logistics in the fitness/gym environment (applicants with strong achievements/knowledge in sports, fitness, or health may be preferred)Ability to prioritize across multiple responsibilities and solve problems effectively Independent, self-motivated, and detail oriented Excellent coordination skills and strong written/verbal communication Proficiency in Net Suite (or comparable ERP/WMS), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
