About the role
Fluent in Arabic and English, the full-time Junior Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving monetization and account growth by building relationships with partners, upselling services, and ensuring a strong partner experience through consistent engagement in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Meet key performance indicators on monetization, retention, and revenue growth by educating partners on the Fresha platform
Analyze reports to develop and execute plans for upselling and increasing revenue from existing accounts
Maintain a consistent contact strategy to keep partners engaged and reduce churn
Required qualifications
Fluent in Arabic and English
1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and as a revenue-generating account manager
Proven track record in managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases, preferably in the SaaS industry
Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Experience selling into small and medium-sized businesses (SMB)
