About the role

Job Overview: Our client, a premier and rapidly expanding manufacturer of high-performance exterior building products, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to lead and grow their business across the Carolinas and Virginia territory. This is an autonomous, field-based role designed for a strategic hunter and relationship-builder who thrives on taking full ownership of a region. Operating as a trusted solutions provider, you will drive brand awareness and market penetration by working closely with stocking distributors, lumberyards, dealers, contractors, and architectural specifiers. Responsibilities include developing strategic territory growth plans, conducting AIA/CEU trainings for architects, securing new stocking distribution partners, and managing existing high-value accounts. If you bring a strong work ethic, deep knowledge of the building envelope, and a consultative sales approach, this opportunity offers a key seat in a highly supported, high-growth environment.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
