Clinical operations are organized to accommodate on-site day shift coverage across a 25-bed service with an open ICU.About the Facility Location The area offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests. Ariel Foundation Park, built on former industrial grounds, features scenic lakes, walking trails, art installations, and the Rastin Observation Tower. The downtown area provides local shopping, dining, and public art within a walkable, restored historic setting, while the Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail offers additional opportunities for outdoor recreation. About the Clinician's Workday The Physician Associate will provide inpatient hospital medicine coverage during 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) on an on-site basis, working collaboratively with physicians to manage patient care, conduct rounds, and assist with daily clinical responsibilities. The hospital medicine program averages 55 patient encounters per day across a 25-bed service with an open ICU. No call or procedural responsibilities are required for this assignment, and specialty support is available to facilitate coordinated care delivery. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this locum tenens engagement. Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: Approximately 55 encounters per day
