The Role: We are hiring a Technical Customer Success Associate to serve as the primary face of our client accounts while operating at the intersection of client management, project execution, and AI workflows. This role is intentionally designed as an operational launchpad. You will own client relationships, manage implementations, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to scale your personal impact. High performers in this role will build clear pathways to transition into specialized roles across Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Sales, or Operations.
What You’ll Do: Own Account Relationships: Act as the trusted point of contact for healthcare clients, running frequent client meetings, business reviews, and day-to-day communication. Drive Implementation Projects: Manage onboarding timelines, feature rollouts, and cross-functional deliverables using modern project management tools. Operate AI Workflows: Use LLMs, custom agents, and internal automations daily to solve client challenges, analyze operational metrics, and streamline communication. Partner with Product & Engineering: Gather structured client feedback, identify manual process bottlenecks, and help scope new AI features directly with our technical teams.
What We’re Looking For: Client-Facing Presence: High-energy, articulate communicator who excels in client meetings and builds strong rapport quickly. Project Management Mindset: Extremely organized operator who tracks details, enforces timelines, and keeps complex projects moving smoothly. Systems & Automation Instincts: Daily power user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, custom GPTs) who naturally looks for workflow leverage over manual effort. Clear Ambition: Eagerness to master customer success while proactively building skills to grow into technical, commercial, or product paths.
Preferred Qualifications: 1–2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or project management role within B2B SaaS.Hands-on familiarity with project management software (e.g., Notion, Asana, Linear, Jira, Monday.com).Demonstrated technical curiosity (e.g., experimentation with APIs, light scripting in Python/JS, custom agents, or nocode automations).

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 base + 5–10% performance bonus
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
