About the role
Responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with convenience retailers, the full-time Key Account Manager will manage client satisfaction, drive sales growth, and collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic account plans in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and addressing concerns
Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborating with the sales team on revenue-generating strategies
Implement strategic account plans by analyzing market trends and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in CPG, with a proven track record of strategic partnerships with retailers
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or 6 years of equivalent professional experience
Strong presentation skills and the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
Experience negotiating and executing contracts
Proficient in CRM systems and possess mid-level Excel skills for data analysis
