About the role

You get to own product and growth strategy at a data driven company that is reshaping how CPG brands compete at retail. This is a fully remote role where you set the direction. You are not inheriting someone else's roadmap and being asked to execute it. You are building the strategy, influencing the business, and connecting what customers actually need to what the technology delivers. The company operates across ecommerce and retail intelligence, backed by private equity and growing fast. What makes it interesting is the end-to-end scope. You are not siloed into one lane. You are shaping pricing strategy, go-to-market execution, and roadmap prioritization, all while being the person who makes complex data products make sense to buyers who did not grow up in tech. That last part matters here. Your customers are CPG leaders and retail operators. They are smart, commercially minded, and they do not speak in sprints and APIs. You know how to meet them where they are, build trust, and translate product capability into business value they can act on. You are partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technology teams. You are communicating up to senior stakeholders and out to customers. You are the bridge, and you are comfortable owning that role. You bring commercially savvy product leadership experience, and you have done this in environments where the customer is not a developer. You understand go-to-market, you can hold your own in a pricing conversation, and you know how to prioritize a roadmap when everyone has an opinion. Ready to own something that actually matters? Get in touch. No up-to-date CV required.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
