About the role

MOHR Talent is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance for a large, dairy manufacturing facility in the Capital Region, NY. You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, improve equipment reliability, manage planning, parts, and repairs, and guide a unionized team. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in industrial maintenance with strong dairy exposure (milk processing, cheese, whey), CMMS/SAP experience, and prior leadership. Relocation assistance is available.
