Competency Responsibilities and Expectations Technical Expertise Provides second-level technical support for complex hardware, Performs advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, andimplements permanent fixes. Assists in system upgrades, deployments, and configuration ofenterprise applications. Communication and LeadershipCommunicates effectively with stakeholders, providing clear statusupdates and technical guidance. Takes ownership of escalated issues and coordinates resolutionacross teams. Customer Service Mindset Delivers proactive support by anticipating user needs andpreventing potential issues. Maintains strong relationships with end-users through responsiveand empathetic service. Critical Thinking Evaluates complex problems and designs innovative solutionsaligned with organizational goals. Prioritizes tasks based on business impact and resourceavailability. Governance and Standards Enforces compliance with IT security policies, standards, andregulatory requirements. Conducts periodic reviews of system configurations and accesscontrols. Ensures accurate documentation for audits and maintains integrityof IT records. Vendor and Financial AcumenManages vendor relationships for service agreements, repairs, andprocurement. Evaluates vendor performance and escalates concerns whennecessary. Bachelor’s degree inComputer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field; or one to two years of relevant IT experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of network policies, network topology, LAN environments, and IP standards. Technical proficiency in corporate systems, applications, and business processes. Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement through task and workflow automation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service-oriented, solution-focused, and innovative. Proficiency in software applications and technology tools. Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
