Incredible opportunity for a US associate looking to relocate to London with a top-tier firm, whose Capital Markets team is consistently recognized as one of the top advisers on capital markets transactions and has acted on some of the largest and most complex offerings worldwide. One of the few major law firms with a London office that can offer a truly integrated trans-Atlantic team, capable of advising on complex high yield and leveraged loan transactions. The ideal candidate will come from the US as a 3rd-5th year, and have experience more on the Equity Cap Markets side. Candidates must have their JD, and have spent their first couple of years at a top firm.
