Title: Leasing Coordinator

Overview: This role supports all Property Managers by handling leasing administration, tenant onboarding, and inbound communication (phones).
Core Responsibilities: Leasing & Applications Process rental applications within 24 hours Coordinate approvals with PMsPrepare and execute leases Follow up with all tenant leads daily Listings Input all listings into various systems Ensure lockboxes are assigned/deployed Move-Ins Coordinate all move-ins Ensure documentation, keys, and communication are complete Manage tenant onboarding experience Ensure lockboxes are returned Administrative Support Support PMs with documentation and communication Track leasing pipeline and status updates Phones (Primary Responsibility)Answer inbound office calls Route calls appropriately (PM vs maintenance vs admin)Provide basic tenant/owner support when possible Cross-Coverage Requirement Must be able to fully cover Maintenance Coordinator role when needed Includes: Taking maintenance calls Logging work orders Basic vendor communication Property Manager for small portfolio
