Job Summary:
A Pipe Fitter/Welder in a cryogenic manufacturing company assembles, fits, and high-purity welds complex piping systems and pressure vessels that handle extremely cold liquefied gases.
Job Description:
Read and interpret blueprints and welding procedure specifications.
Lay out, cut, measure, and fit metal components and pipes.
Perform high-purity Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG) primarily on stainless steel and aluminum.
Assemble cryogenic piping, valves, supports, manifolds, and vacuum-jacketed vessels.
Perform pressure, leak, and non-destructive testing on completed pipe assemblies.

Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminum
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Some lifting is required up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be certified per ASME Section 9Bending pipe is a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Can follow instructions
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be a reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
1 year of pipe fitting and welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
