About the role

Salesforce is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner Manager to join the ES4ES/HR4HR team. You will act as a trusted advisor to directors and senior managers across Employee Success, guiding people strategy and talent initiatives. You’ll drive HR-for-HR partnerships, provide leadership coaching anchored in Trust and Innovation, and lead organizational change while collaborating with Legal, Finance and COEs to translate strategy into actionable guidance.
