Remote (U.S.) | Travel to San Francisco ~4x/yearI'm partnering with a founder-led, high-growth professional services organization seeking a Director of Finance & Operations to serve as the CEO's strategic partner and help lead the company's next phase of growth. This is an executive-level opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys improving businesses through operational excellence, financial discipline, AI-driven automation, and scalable processes. What You'll Be Responsible For✔ Leading Finance and Operations under one accountable leader✔ Driving financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability✔ Improving customer and program profitability reporting✔ Leading operational transformation through workflow redesign and automation✔ Developing executive dashboards and KPI reporting✔ Partnering with the CEO to improve execution, scalability, and decision-making✔ Leading and developing a small Operations team while mentoring the Controller What We're Looking For 10+ years of Finance and Operations leadership experience Experience supporting organizations with $10M+ in annual revenue (ideal: $15M–$50M)Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, and executive reporting Proven experience improving operational processes and leading organizational change Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience Hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve business operations Experience in founder-led or entrepreneurial environments is highly preferred Preferred industry backgrounds include: Professional Services Management ConsultingHR Consulting Learning & Development Staffing & RecruitingIT Managed Services (MSPs)Managed Accounting / Back Office Services Why Consider This Opportunity? Compensation:
