This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to contribute to various administrative tasks as needed.

Location: 69 Union Ave (Off of main campus)
Supervisor: Rachel Pendragon
Work Available: Work must take place during the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $9.70
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform web searches for locating and updating information on our constituents
  • Update the database with biographic information
  • Assist in reviewing and refining materials for accuracy and clarity
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications for Position:
  • Must keep all information confidential - you will need to sign a Statement of Confidentiality
  • Must be dependable and work according to the schedule you create with minor changes
  • Must be responsible for completing work in a competent and thorough manner
  • Must be receptive to learning new office skills
