Trinity Sartin seeks a full-time ministry leader to head FMC’s traditional worship ministry, reporting to the Lead Pastor. You will lead traditional worship services, choirs, ensembles, and musicians while planning worship around Scripture and the church calendar. You’ll recruit and develop volunteers, oversee rehearsals, scheduling, budget, and licensing to maintain musical excellence. Ideal candidate has strong conducting, leadership, organizational and relational skills and can collaborate
