About the role
- Own and grow key accounts, driving revenue through new and expanded business opportunities
- Develop and execute multi-layered account strategies that unlock new markets and long-term value
- Identify, structure, and close complex licensing deals from strategy through execution
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and VP-level leaders
- Engage customers as a strategic advisor, shaping multi-year initiatives and business transformation discussions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions
- Advocate for customer needs internally, aligning with product roadmap, integration, and go-to-market plans
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and performance tracking against revenue targets
- Lead governance activities (e.g., QBRs, executive reviews) to strengthen partnerships and ensure alignment
- Translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable strategy and business cases
- What You Bring 8+ years of experience in technology sales or business development, ideally in consumer electronics or licensing
- Proven success closing complex, high-value deals and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of the U.S. consumer electronics landscape, particularly audio and smart home
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience structuring deals and working with legal and technical teams on licensing frameworks
- Established relationships with top-tier Consumer Electronics brands preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree is a plus
