To build a vibrant community around Sporting Kansas City, the remote Contractor Site Expert for Reporting KC will produce daily content, engage with fans on social media, and support a team of contributors through editing and feedback. Key responsibilities Lead the publication of multiple daily content pieces, including news stories and analysis Edit and provide feedback to contributors while suggesting topic ideas Manage the site's social media accounts by sharing articles and engaging with fans Required qualifications Proven ability to produce engaging written content in English Experience in managing or contributing to a sports-focused media platform Strong understanding of Sporting Kansas City and its fan community Familiarity with social media engagement strategies Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
