We're Hiring! Full-Time or Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) Brown Road Animal Clinic in Mesa, AZ, is looking for a friendly, dependable Client Service Representative to join our team! We're seeking someone who enjoys helping people and their pets, communicates clearly, and brings a collaborative attitude to a busy veterinary clinic. In this role, you'll help: Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries Coordinate patient check-in and check-out, process payments, and maintain accurate client information Work closely with our veterinary team to keep clients informed and support a positive visit Previous customer service experience is preferred; veterinary experience is a plus.
