About the role

Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead all quality assurance, food safety, and compliance activities across our folding carton and paperboard packaging manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that ensure products consistently meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. The Quality Manager will serve as the facility primary quality leader, overseeing SQF and food safety programs, audit readiness, corrective action systems, customer quality concerns, supplier quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Quality Leadership; Quality Management Systems; Food Safety and SQF Programs; Audit and Compliance Management; Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement; Customer and Supplier Quality; Training and Employee Development; Reporting and Data Analysis.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Quality, Food Science, Packaging, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field preferred. Five or more years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing. Experience with SQF, HACCP, GMPs, CAPA, root cause analysis and audit management.
Preferred Qualifications: Packaging, paperboard, converting, printing, corrugated or food packaging experience. SQF Practitioner, PCQI, Internal Auditor, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 or Lean Six Sigma credentials are desirable. Key Performance Indicators Customer complaint reduction, audit performance, food safety compliance, CAPA effectiveness, internal defect and scrap reduction, supplier quality performance and training effectiveness.
