About the role

YMCA of Central Massachusetts is seeking an Early Childhood Preschool Teacher to guide a classroom under the supervision of the Supervising Lead Teacher. You will implement curriculum promoting social, cultural, educational, physical and emotional growth and engage families as volunteers. The role emphasizes safety, developmental planning, and collaboration with staff to support the YMCA mission. This is a full-time position at the Montachusett Community Branch YMCA in Fitchburg, MA.
