Job Type: Full-Time | Field Position Home Every Night Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Onsite Vacuum Operatorfor a localoil and gas companyserving Wheeling, WV and surrounding areas. This full-time field position is ideal for candidates with experience inoil and gas, well sites, vacuum operations, water transfer, flowback, drill-out operations, or industrial field service. The Onsite Vacuum Operator will work at activeoil and gas well sites, operating vacuum and water-based equipment and supporting field operations. This is a physically demanding outdoor position requiring the ability to work long shifts in changing weather conditions while maintaining a strong focus onjob site safety and equipment operation.

Onsite Vacuum Operator Responsibilities: Operatevacuum trucks, vacuum equipment, water-based equipment, and related field equipmentat oil and gas well sites. Supportdrill-out, flowback, water management, and well site operations. Handle and work extensively with water during oil and gas field operations. Safely operate and monitor equipment throughout assigned shifts. Assist with loading, unloading, transferring, and managing water and other materials. Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow alloil and gas industry safety procedures, site‑specific requirements, and company policies. Work safely around heavy equipment, active well sites, vehicles, hoses, and industrial machinery. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Lift up to 50 poundsand remain physically active throughout a 12‑hour shift. Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and field crews.

Onsite Vacuum Operator Qualifications: Previousoil and gas industry experience preferred. Experience operatingvacuum equipment, vacuum trucks, water transfer equipment, pumps, hoses, or similar industrial field equipmentis a plus. Experience withwell site operations, flowback, drill‑out, water management, or production operationspreferred. Ability to work independently in an outdoorfield service environment. Must be willing to travel to Wheeling, WV and surrounding oil and gas job sitesas needed. Ability to work 12‑hour shiftson an 8‑days‑on/4‑days‑off rotation. Comfortable working outdoors inall weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Strong commitment to workplace and job‑site safety. Valid driver's license preferred.

Working Conditions: This is an activeoil and gas field positionand requires employees to: Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Work around water, mud, dirt, heavy equipment, machinery, and industrial operations. Stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Work 12‑hour day or night shifts. Wear requiredPPE, including steel‑toe boots. Successfully complete apre‑employment drug screen.
