With contracts that are forecasted over the next 3-5 years, here you will be guaranteed steady, full time work with a company who will invest in your growth.What We Offer:Pay Rate: $22 - 30/hour DOE2 weeks of PTO100% paid medical and vision insuranceRetirement saving account with up to 3% employer match once eligibleWhat Will I Be Doing As A General Laborer?Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete materialAssist various tradesmen with their projectsHandle and transport materials; cement, debris and equipmentFollow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasksPutting up signs; signposts, conesSetting up and transferring temporary structures; scaffoldingReporting issues with equipment or unsafe conditionsGeneral Laborer Requirements:Recent experience in a physical role that has been in a high alert environmentUnderstanding of basic mathWillingness to learn and grow in your tradeReliable TransportationJob Site Locations: North-South Seattle, WASchedule: Monday-FridayStart Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on projectEnd Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on projectCome join our family while learning and growing with us!
